Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We (Recond Electronics) offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- To prevent smartphone lock, we do not issue a refund to customers who have not completed an account sign out and factory reset on the smartphone. Please read our articles on how to sign out and factory reset a smartphone, or contact us.
- We do not accept returns from products that have physical damage caused by negligent use such as broken screens, broken charging port, etc.
- We do not accept returns from products that have water damage.
- 10% restocking fee for products with missing accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account. Complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, within 14 days of purchase.
- Please sign out of the product(s), and complete a factory reset.
- Print your RMA confirmation, and prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email (1-2 business days).
- Send all items back to us using the label provided. Shipping instructions provided with email.
- To be eligible for return, complete RMA form before, or at 14 days from purchase date.
- Lost packages must be investigated through carrier, before any action can be taken.
